How do I change or update my payment (Credit Card) information?

If your card is declined when you sign up OR if you are simply updating your card proceed with the following steps:

1. Login by entering your user name and password and click on ACCOUNT at the very bottom of the page.
2. DO NOT click JOIN again. This will create a duplicate account and is not necessary.
3. Simply click on ACCOUNT and from there you can update your credit card and/or reenter a valid card.
4. Make sure to include the SAME address in your account as your credit card billing so the card will process correctly.
